Shipping
At launch, Auvart currently accepts orders for delivery in the United States. Availability for a specific address and the available delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
US shipping is free. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
Timeline
- Digital proof: ready within 2 business days of your order.
- Production and delivery: 7 to 12 business days after you approve your proof.
- Holiday gifts: for delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 1.
Production begins only after you approve your digital proof. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns and refunds
Because each piece is made to your specifications, change-of-mind returns may not be available once production begins. This does not affect any rights you have for damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or non-conforming goods.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, contact info@auvart.com promptly and, where possible, within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund as required by applicable law.
Minor differences caused by screen settings, material texture, scale, or normal print and finishing tolerances are not automatically defects. This does not exclude responsibility for a genuine production error or any rights provided by applicable law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If production has not begun, we will try to accommodate the request. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible because the piece is personalized.
